  JACALA is my obsession when I'm in Anguilla. Located in Meads Bay you can choose to sit inside or on the patio deck with beach access. My favorites are the beef tartare prepared table side by Jacques, the foie gras that melts in your mouth served with a mini green salad and the Rum Baba dessert. You will not be disappointed with this delicious destination prepared by Chef Alan

  Romantic, classy, friendly staff, and the food is unmatched. Don't miss the calamari risotto (makes a great appetizer for two), or the teriyaki tuna. The beach views don't hurt either!
